This 1:1 six week healing session is designed to help you uncover the unseen beliefs, fears, and energetic patterns that have quietly shaped how you see yourself, your path, and your power. In this safe and intuitive container, we open with intention, set the tone for healing, and gently explore the limiting beliefs or unconscious patterns keeping you from your fullest expression. Through deep listening, energy reading, and somatic awareness, I guide you to: Identify old stories and energetic imprints you've absorbed or inherited Trace the origin of those beliefs and bring them into conscious awareness Reclaim your agency by tailoring new codes and aligned actions Rewire your inner dialogue and reconnect with your desired identity Leave with an embodied plan and gentle practices to support your integration This program is not about fixing it’s about freeing.
